Dr. Lee was
born and grew up in the
Little Rock, Arkansas area
and began his professional
education career 28 years
ago teaching junior high
school English and then
served as assistant
principal in the Pulaski
County Special School
District. After that, he was
appointed superintendent at
Central Arkansas Christian
School and served there for
seven years in that position
before coming to Harding
University.
He now holds
the rank of professor and
serves as associate dean in
the Cannon-Clary College of
Education at Harding. He has
taught on both the
undergraduate and graduate
levels and specializes in
education law, special
education law, social and
cultural issues, pedagogy,
and the history and
philosophy of education.
Dr. Lee
regularly consults with
school districts and
educational cooperatives in
Arkansas and other states.
He has conducted hundreds of
professional development
workshops to thousands of
teachers and administrators
over the past 15 years.
